TV Post-Production Facility, Birmingham

Having been appointed to act as building services consultants on a TV post-production facility in Birmingham city centre, Halligan Consulting Engineers (Halligans) will provide performance specifications and outline designs for all services. This includes heating, cooling and ventilation, lighting, power distribution and data, and sub contractors will be invited to tender.

Halligans will be responsible for ensuring compliance with client needs, best practice and statutory regulations. Following installation and prior to occupation, Halligans witnesses commissioning and testing of all systems, providing final sign off on the completed facility.
