The development comprised the construction of 4 New Townhouses and the conversion of the existing office building into 3 Luxury Apartments.
Halligan Associates assisted in the analysis of M&E services requirements with the Client, production of “Design” SAP calculations to confirm compliance with current Building Regulations, production of performance specifications and tender drawings, tender reviews, and review subcontractor designs to ensure compliance with the Employers requirements documents, carry out site inspections and witness testing and commissioning prior to handover.
The mechanical services comprise individual LTHW heating, hot and cold water services, extract ventilation, above ground drainage.
The electrical services comprise small power, lighting, fire alarm system, Sky TV and access control.
The project was completed in February of 2017.
