Flagship Park, Peterborough

Halligan Consulting Engineers (Halligans) was appointed by Trebor Developments to provide consultancy services for their new development, Flagship Park, Peterborough.

Involved since 2020, Halligans supported on initial utility enquiries and load analysis. Subsequently a total of 20 MVA of electrical capacity was secured for the development. Outline planning was obtained, and phase one, comprising a single 350,000ft2 unit, is currently in for planning. Halligans provided external lighting design and energy assessments, ensuring the existing ecological features around the development were not affected.
