Following completion of A Levels Dean left school and commenced his Engineering Career with Carter Building Services, a long-established Building Services Contracting Company, as a Trainee Engineer.

Whilst at Carter Building Services, Dean attended East Birmingham College, where he achieved his Engineering Qualifications. Dean also gained working experience of Mechanical Services, on a number of projects including Residential, Commercial as well as Hotels.

Additionally, Dean gained experience in estimating and management of Contracting Schemes.

Following his apprenticeship, Dean moved to work for Pentos Foreman as a Senior Engineer undertaking estimating, design and management services of various Commercial Projects.

Following 8 years at Pentos Foreman, Dean moved to Eastwood Air Conditioning as a Project Director responsible for Design Build Projects nationally.

Dean joined Halligan Consulting Engineers in July 2019, and has proved to be a significant member of our team.

Whilst with us Dean has been involved in the design, monitoring of numerous projects, including Education, Residential and Commercial which involved many complex and unusual systems.
